When the cell bioreactor is in use, it needs a pump for feeding the equipment, acid-base, foam, or liquid collection. Generally, a peristaltic pump is used to match the equipment, as shown in the figure below. Why match with a peristaltic pump?
1.Because the peristaltic pump can be freely customized according to the needs of customers, it can also be freely controlled by the program of the supporting equipment.
2.Because the operating principle of the peristaltic pump is to squeeze the hose through the roller so that negative pressure is formed inside the tube to absorb the liquid and transmit it, so only the hose really contacts the liquid raw material, which easily avoids the contamination of the raw material. As shown in the figure, the clear liquid between the reactor and the column is transported by a hose.
3.Compared with other pumps, it is more convenient to maintain and replace the hose regularly.
